Spring 2007-08 Housing Applications

All applications require Adobe Reader

The Office of Housing and Residential Life (OHRL) is currently accepting applications for housing for the 2007-2008 academic year. To reserve a spot for next year, please print and read the following documents and complete where required.

  1. 2007-08 Fall,Winter,Spring Housing Rates / Fee Schedule

    2. The Villages at CSUSB 2007-08 Calendar

  2. 2007-08 Student Housing Application. (REQUIRED)

  3. 2007-08 Roommate Assignment Form (REQUIRED)
    This form is important because it tells us what type of housing and/or roommates you are interested in. As you read through this form you may need to review additional information to help you make smart choices. Please refer to the following links on:

    1. Serrano Village, Arrowhead Village, or University Village

    2. Living Learning Communities (Highly Recommended!)

    * All residents of Serrano Village are required to have a meal plan.

To finalize your contract, you must submit an application, along with $150.00 damage deposit, minimum applicable monthly payment (Refer to Fee Schedule), a $25.00 non-refundable application fee, and (optional) $20.00 activity fee to the:

Make checks or money orders payable to: CSUSB - Housing and Residential Life. Please do not send cash. Credit cards cannot be used for the 1st payment.
