AREA COORDINATOR OF RESIDENTIAL EDUCATION - ARROWHEAD VILLAGE Jacques Zalma The Area Coordinators of Residential Education are live-in, professional staff persons for The Office of Housing & Residential Life. They are responsible for the supervision of the Resident Advisors (RA's), leadership development for residents and student staff, conflict resolutions, roommate concerns, emotional and academic concerns and address all conduct issues.
