ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR OF RESIDENTIAL EDUCATION Juan Regalado The Associate Director of Residential Education is responsible for the "Residence Life" portion of the Housing and Residential Life Operation. The Associate Director facilitates the implementation of programs and initiatives that get at community development within the housing complex; the individual development of each resident; provide an inclusive and respectful environment for all experiences and cultures; support the academic mission of the university and the academic success of residents; and create a safe and welcoming environment within housing. The Associate Director oversees all live-in professional (Coordinators and Area Coordinators) and paraprofessional (Resident Assistants and Student Managers).
