Hometown: Yuma, Arizona What do you enjoy about working at CSUSB?: I enjoy repairing things and providing a safe and comfortable living and learning environment for Students. I am a student myself and am surrounded by a positive energy and attitude that compels me to excel and promote myself to be able to take on new challenges and opportunities. Most Memorable Moment: Holding my grandson in my arms for the first time and talking to him; he smiled back at me and it gave me a new sense of life and family. If you could be an animal what would it be and why?: An American Buffalo (Bison) because it is a strong, large and noble beast that commands a presence but is not aggressive. It is an American Icon that almost became extinct due to over-hunting. The Buffalo provided food, clothing and shelter to the American Indian for hundreds of years. Craziest Moment: Wrecking into a metal light pole due to the brakes on my car going out, in the rain, on a slick concrete driveway at a gas station with the cruise control/accelerator getting stuck all at the same time; (yes just like in the movies).
